BIO

Not only did Melissa graduate from law school with Cum Laude honors, she was also the recipient of multiple awards while in law school including regularly making the Dean’s List and she received multiple CALI awards. The CALI Excellence for the Future Award® is given to the highest scoring student in each law school class. 

 

Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked in the entertainment industry as a business consultant for record labels, professional athletes, rappers, popstars, singers and songwriters. Clients included Grammy award winners, multi-platinum selling artists, and many award winners within their respective fields. 

 

Melissa grew up in the Midwest and still takes the fundamental midwestern morals with her wherever she goes; hard work, caring for the community, close family ties, and doing what is right. She attended college in Florida. Following graduation, she began her career in the music industry in Atlanta, Georgia. Work and the opportunity for law school led her to Arizona. Upon graduation from law school she began her career in law, taking an interest in immigration law, which now spans clients throughout the United States and represents clients from around the world.  Melissa primarily lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband and their daughter. Being a wife and mother are her greatest accomplishments.
